I cannot wait till Sam is gone from the IRL. Sam has been driving like a total idiot for a long time & thinks he has done everyting in the IRL. Sam say that when you win more then 1 500. Just go to nascar and let the rednecks bang you and montoya around. Penske should dump you.

Incredible.
Nothing like this ever happens in Europe. Being Scottish, I listened to Mike King and the IMS boys' superb coverage of the race. Hornish, Sr. had no right to be interfering with either driver, and even though Kanaan didn't react to the push, his team-mate Jaime Camara (Indy Pro Series) did. Just...Incredible!

So what if T.K was blocking him, he was just trying to protect the position he was. After all Sam sucks especially this year since he hasn't won one race and all the A.G Team cars are beating him almost every single race. My final words are: Thats what racing is all about. PS:I hope Sam get's blamed by the IRL.

Hornish was kinda acting like a jerk in how he came at Kanaan but it wasn't too bad. Looked like Kanaan just walked over upset by it trying to finish the argument. I don't think they would have gotten physical at all.
Sam's dad needs to stay the hell out of it because he caused most of the drama. There was absolutely no need for that and hopefully they do something about it.

Hornish Jr was p.o.'d and confronted TK verbally. No big Deal. I believe TK was going to vent a little back and discuss his side of things with Jr. When Sr. stuck his nise and his hands where they didn't belong at all and when he contacted TK with a shove preventing him from his intended discussion, that action simply ignited the fuse. Sr. needs to be banned from the pits and both drivers fined. Way to go, Marco. I understand why Michael felt it necessary to intervene but Marco did a great job keeping his dad appropriately out of it.

The Bottom Line
There are many people writing comments about this altercation. People stating that Tony Is this, Sam is that. The Bottom Line is you people do not know either of these drivers so you are in no position to judge either. These are the facts. Sam's dad was wrong for stepping in. Sam was wrong for not getting his dad out of the way and protecting him. If you look at the video he let his dad step in and did nothing to stop him. Learn from Marco. I do not know what is up Kanaan's butt. He has been a wining baby this year. Maybe that is who he always is? Also if you look at the other video closely Sam's dad grabs Kanaans guy and tries to pull him down. you can tell by the lean of the guys body that he is trying to get away. Sam's dad is swinging the guy around. Kanaan also takes a cheap shot at Hornish. I think A.J. Foyt could take both of these guys at the same time. Correction, I know he can.
