ok i was watching the race and when the happended my eyes just got huge! i mean thats really bad and i watched the video like 5 times and its dans fault. i can tell he wanted dario out but hahah you play with fire and ur going to get a bigger fire bud. and im not a dan hater. but still i think i see some jelously. and wow dario my dad though dario was dead. it was that serious. i just couldnt belive that he was ok with it, and you know what makes me happy? the sam hornish came to help lift the car. that means its some bad accident. and dan came AFTER same with scott. thre just mad cuz dario is dominating the points . but hey it could be anyones game. thank god dario is ok. i would kill to see that guy shatter into peices.

We can't say it was Wheldons fault as there was no head on shot and thats what you need to aportion blame and even if it was him that moved up it can only be put down to a racing incident and it has to be at those speeds as cars move up and down the track at their own accord. Its a dangerous sport. There were several other near misses by other drivers that could have had the same outcome. I am sure going to miss Michigan. It is the best race track that the IRL runs on. That race was the best Iv'e seen in a long time. Absolute excitement to see cars run at that speed for so long. P.S Go Scott Dixon and glad that everyone was ok. Im sure Dario won't do so well next time out, as that scare will knock 2mph off his next qualifying attempt, Dan will be driving with more caution and Scott will be on the hunt chasing down that slender lead that Dario has.

I guess I don't see it... Wheldon is drifting up and Dario cuts down. Both drivers acknowledged it. It was an action packed race, it was an action packed crash. Neither of them wanted it to happen it just did. (Now, I know many of you heard Danica wining about Dan, but that's what she does... WINE!, not win.) I don't get how so many people are saying penalize Wheldon.

Wheldon is having crappy year and he can't handle it. He's jealous that he can't hang with the big boys, on a level playing field. Gee, odd that his teammate is second in points. Dixon is a class act, just like Dario. Wheldon can't deal with it the fact that he's second rate.

A big Thank U to espn. I heard them say, twice, that it would be shown on espn classic at 4:00. I recorded it, and got a lot of crap. Instead of the race, they had something called... wait for the embarrassment... some quiz show and 'american gladiators'. CLASSIC STUFF INDEED!
If they had earlier said 4 AM and I missed it, they could have mentioned that each time they said it.
But no, they simply said four o'clock. IDIOTS. once again. They either give away race results or screw the broadcast.

I watched real close to the video over again, again,,....It look like Dan Wheldon knew the purpose to turn right, bump the tire to make Dario Franchitti lose his balance on the wheel, cause fly up in the air as too fast speed.
My question is why Scott and Dan drove close each other to Dario and Danica? Because they were jealous of Andretti Green Racing team as good top standing leaders! Leave them alone and let races!
I would give a black flag to Dan Wheldon!

im not a big dario franchitti fan but im glad too see him walk away from that horrible flip i don,t understand why dan wheldon just turned franchitti around thats unexcaptle that crash could have been a lot worse i was watching it i yelled oh my god it was still a awesome finish
