Party At Brickyard Crossing To Feature Food Network Show

Proceeds To Benefit Brian's Wish Charity

Fans of racing and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway's breaded pork tenderloin are invited to attend a viewing party of a Food Network show featuring the famed Speedway sandwich Thursday, Sept. 16 at the Flag Room inside the Brickyard Crossing Golf Resort & Inn.

Admission to the party, which takes place from 7-9 p.m. (local time), is $10. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Brian's Wish, an Indianapolis-based charity dedicated to raising awareness of Lou Gehrig's Disease and funds to help find a cure for the disease.

An episode of the Food Network show "Food Finds" featuring the breaded pork tenderloin will be shown from 8-9 p.m. (local time) on the Flag Room's large-screen television.

Food and beverages, including the famous tenderloin, will be available for purchase.

This episode of the popular "Food Finds," filmed in April, is entitled "Racing Around Indiana" and features food from throughout the Hoosier State.

"Food Finds," hosted by Sandra Pinckney, tracks down favorite, long-lost recipes and foods from shops and vendors across America. ***
