Indianapolis 500
Tom Sneva collects 200 silver dollars from local businessman Phil Headback for becoming the first driver to officially run laps in excess of 200 mph at IMS, during qualifying for the 1977 Indianapolis 500. Headback gave Parnelli Jones 150 silver dollars for setting the first official 150 mph lap in 1962.
