In 1989, while serving lunch to two guys in the Eagle Creek area, AJ Foyt, said to me: "Magda, I'd like you to meet my friend, Tony George."
Being an AJ fan since I was 9 yrs old, living on Georgetown Road, this left me stumbling for words.

I am glad to have been there.
I saw AJ win number 4 with this car in 1977. I was the thrill of my life. It was also a great race as Foyt and Johncock dueled it out. Johncock broke, but Foyt would have caught him anyway. One of many excellent races over the years.

good guy
I have met AJ several times while at races and he was always polite and to shake his hand and think about all he has done. There are no words ,and there will never be another.
