[quote=IMS PR]Indianapolis Motor Speedway officials announced Jan. 31 that reserved tickets for the Indianapolis 500 and the Brickyard 400 will be sold online at www.imstix.com as well as through traditional methods. United States Grand Prix tickets were available online in 2002.
Beginning at 8 a.m. (EST) Saturday, Feb. 1, 2003, tickets for all days of on-track activity in the Month of May - including a limited supply of reserved seats for the 2003 Indianapolis 500 - will go on sale at www.imstix.com. In addition to gate tickets for all days, fans can purchase parking passes for official IMS parking lots online.
Tickets for the Brickyard 400 practice day Aug. 1 and for the True Value International Race of Champions event Aug. 2 are available at imstix.com, but any remaining reserved seats for this year's Brickyard 400 will not be sold online until April.
