Indy 500 - Father/Son Outing

My Dad has been coming to the Indy 500 for over 40 years now. He was the one who got me hooked on coming to the Indy 500 and racing in general. My Dad and I have turned this into a Father/Son outing for the last 10 years or so. We go to both the Indy 500 and the Brickyard 400. It is something we look forward to every year. Once the calendar flips over to January we always think only 5 more months till the Month of May begins. My birthday also is May 31 and it has fallen on race day in years past. We now also have hooked my younger sister on coming to the Indy 500 as well with us.
There is no other event in the world that compares to the pagentry and spectacle of the Indianapolis 500. AWESOME!!!!
We have loved all of the changes Tony George has implemented as well. Looking forward to this years Indy 500 in 68 days....
