Generally the best seats are considered to be in turn one. You can be under shade, and get to view the frontstretch as well as the short chute between turns one and two. Retail they are about $100 each, but don't expect any to be left. There are many great seats throughout the speedway with big screen televisions to assist with viewing the race.
You can order your tickets now online through the speedway, but there will be plenty of street vendors selling them on race day. They have town issued ID cards so you will know they are legitimate. In fact if you walk around the outisde of the track on the day before the race it is kind of hard to miss them.
Good inexpensive rooms near the speedway are booked already. Your best bet may be something near the airport.
You may want to consider renting an RV and camping on the grounds owned by the speedway.
