cover up
Maybe Indy doesn't want people to see that their 'star' driver actually has no talent.

all in a days work
That Gannasi crew member that was just barely hit in the leg/foot is my brother. He said that Danica apologized after the race to which he replied with a smile ...."did you do it on purpose?" she said "no" and he said "then don't worry about it". As you watch the video notice that his first thought was to clear his teammate with his back turned at the wall and then try to clear himself. These guys are professionals. They are great at what they do and also understand the dangers involved. The fact that the video of this accident was so hard to find is very "fishy" to say the least. As they say in almost every job... C.Y.A..... and they did. Glad I was able to find it on your site fellas! Thank you!

Give Her Time
As soon as Patrick finally kills someone on pit road, it won't be suppressed. Until then, the IRL and the media have to procect her position.

ESPN covers it up!
I agree on the "video suppression" of this accident. Although ABC (which owns ESPN) broadcast the event, I could find no video of the incident on any of their websites. It's clear from watching it again that she simply lost it on acceleration out of her pit stall -- an egregious driver error, pure and simple. Very lucky that no one in the Target pits was struck. I doubt this is the last we'll hear of this though. One has to wonder if IRL stewards will have anything to say..?

Probably Briscoe's Fault
Or maybe it was Ryan Hunter-Reay. No it's those damn Gannasi crew members. She should throw a hissy fit their way for being in pit lane. It can't be her fault. She's perfect!

Same here
I hate to be cynical, but I'm right there with you. I saw it on TV and am very disappointed by the obvious suppression of the incident. She just about wiped out pit crew #9 being too aggressive.
Very pleased to see full coverage on this site. Bookmarking now.

Just curious
Why hasn't there been media coverage of this accident? There hasn't been anything in the papers or news concerning the pit crew. Is there a media "blackout" because of who this is? Just curious.
