Pace car
Great video, It would be nice to know more, production numbers, how about a convertible. White with blue or white with orange would have been special. I now own 6 pace cars and all are convertibles. Eather way i like them all. Go lil Al give em hell.

No production
They are not going to produce any, they have more demand then supply. I wonder if they are even going to be the normal courtesy cars driving around town as usual?

No ZR1?
I know it's the centennial and everything and they wanted to unveil Chevy's newest prize fighter but why not the ZR1? They're both supposed to be released this year and the ZR1 has been this "mythical blue devel beast" that no one was too sure it even existed until recently.

Ugly
I've been to 20 consecutive Indys and all Brickyards. Whatever happened to comming up with a paint scheme that someone would not be embarrased to own or drive?? Like the 69 Camaro, 78 vette, early 70's Olds 442's That last few years TACKY has been the motto!!!

Beautiful Car
I have been going to the race for the last 13 years and this was one of the best races in the last several years and it started with this next generation sports car leading them around the track. Beautiful car- Where can I get mine?!?

Fitting
Alex Johnson: They used the Corvette as the pace car last year. Need to switch it up.
Bob Roz: The classic Mustang's and Camaro's of the early 70's had similar looks as well. Since they have both gone back to that style for their new cars, it makes sense they look similar.
I think it's a good pick. What other American car is out there that racing enthusiasts would like to see as a pacecar? I don't think there is one out there that can draw as much as attention as the new Camaro.
