He didn't back up into Dario
To the comment above mine I wanted to say that Dixon did not back up into Dario. The cars dont have reverse. He let off the brake which caused his car to stop skidding and go with the centrifugal force, backwards, which was towards the wall. I personally believe that Scott didn't do it on purpose. It did look a little odd how he handled the crash but like Dario said "he's raced me clean all year". We can armchair quarterback this all night but not one of us have anyidea of what we would do under the pressure and in the situation.

ok so lets say that scott was trying to get out of the way, why would be turn his car into the wall? 1. its gona make some hard work for his team and 2 if he would of kept going backwards then he could of got back into the race and maybe get some positions back. With that said he turned into the wall were dario was trying to get around and miss the crash. I really dont know for sure but im givving it a 99% chance he did it on purpos because if he was able to take out dario dixon would still have the lead in points, but since dario was able to get going again he got those points.

Don't be upset
Even though it looks like Scott came down on you, the way that I saw it, is that his breaks were locked up when he backed into you. I am definitely a Dario Franchitti fan. When you win the championship, I want everyone to say that you are a tough racer and deserved the championship. So give Scott his credit because racing is racing.

It was just low to back up into Dario
Dixon is better than that, or at least I thought so. You don't back your car up and smash your wing off in a race.... unless your closest competitor is going to get by you if you don't!
I think it is low down dirty racing, and I hope they change the finishing order because of it. Dixon doesn't deserve the advantage he gained by doing that.
