Sneak Peek?
Someone posted a picture of Marco's all black "New Ride" on his myspace page a few days ago. The main sponsor was Playboy...Can't lie, it looked really sweet but I think it was just someone messing around.

Final race
I was told through contacts that Chicago will still be the final race as they are under contract to hold the Championship Race.... they wont take it out of the country.. too many fans would turn on the sport ....

Championship Final
With the new schedule, and the October Australian Surfers Paradise race being the final race of the year, does this mean that the race that will likely determine the championship be held outside of the U.S.??? Who's cares about the color of someone's driving suite! If this is the case, I'll put this with shipping Sam Hornish off to the taxi cab circuit.

Marco's sponsor
Perhaps they're waiting until his 21st birthday next week to announce his main sponsor? Read an article on Meijer's website that said they were an associate sponsor, and Marco's car would display their logo as the main sponsor on a few Midwest races. Just a thought!!

I'm gueesing that means NYSE is no longer on board?
Meijer is in Illinois as well, but based out of Michigan. They've been an IRL sponsor forever. Arie Luyendyk, Sam Schmidt, etc. Usuallly only pony up for Indy and Michigan, though.

No Danica!!!!!
Finallly...a series of people in front of the camera and....amazing...no Danica!!! For awhile there, I thought she was the only person anyone wanted to photgraph. Have to admit, its a little refreshing to show the others for a change. Don't get me wrong. I don't dislike Danica. I like watching her race and I certainly think she is good to look at but good to see the others in front of the camera too. Danica is good for Indy but the others need to be in limelight as well so people get to know them. Of course, everyone knows Helio now, probably even more than they do Danica, especially outside of racing. Now the rest of them need more camera time.
